In order to lead and control our business future-oriented, it is necessary to incorporate our customers, suppliers and employees as well in social, technological and ecological developments. How can we align our organizations to support continuous development both economically as well as socially and environmentally?

In our interdependent and globalized world, on the one hand we must think on a large scale and constantly adapt to new circumstances and on the other show presence and appreciation on a daily basis. Both sides must be part in the entrepreneurial development. From time to time it is therefore necessary to look afar and with an external focus on corporate strategies, internal processes, resources, internal and external interactions and on corporate culture to verify and decide whether the path still fits or if redirection is necessary – self reflection as a basis for a professional and sustainable approach.
